Details:
If at one point you have a cresc. and another point you have a crescendo text
spanner, they don't match in size - I thought the crescendo text spanner a bit
too big, so I put in a \fontsize #-1 and that made it look like the cresc.
textual annotation, so it would be nice if the text spanner size was reduded
by default (not the other way round).
