Details:

Some menu items are badly placed. Please add any others you know of

1) Measures->Ignore Duration Error should be in Display submenu

2)Notes/Rests->Edit Duration->Augment and Diminish should be next to each
other

3) Movements menu has sub-menus scattered between menu items.
