Most of it is fine, just drop automake1.11 (since automake suffices) and
the duplicate of librsvg2-dev. Maybe the sorting of the entries can be
improved (e.g. list the build tools such as automake, autoconf, libtool,
intltool, gtk-doc-tools together).
