Hi,

during building denemo, I ran "make check" which failed the integration tests
due to the same test case path used multiple times.

I've attached a small patch which ensures a unique test case path for the
various tests. This way, the first two test groups pass. It's generated
against the current git master HEAD.

The last two lines in the patch temporarily disable the testing of MusicXML
and "scm" files, as those fail for other reasons I'm not able to debug.

However, I thought that you might like to include the patch to enable testing
again.
