Details:

again windows 8.1 when I click in the space in the bottom scroll bar next to
the grey area indicate the size of the portion of the score being displayed in
the window I would expect the view to jump to the next few bars - instead it
jumps to a different place in the score depending on where I click in the
space. This is quite annoying.
