that is the Voice1,2,3,4 or auto, involving stem direction, tie
direction etc...

I had the chance to do this already, but for those listening in here,
the story is that you use the Staffs/Voices->Voices menu. Some of the
commands are in Directives->Typesetter->Voices, and some are gathered
together in the Polyphony palette (which you can expand with any others
you need).

I just added an example of keyboard polyphony to the examples as I
talking to elias I realized there was nothing to guide people in this
area.
