Well, they are only intended as icons that just happen to be letters,
and the user can edit them to be something more recognizable if they
need to - the tooltip presumably translates A as La etc, so I think we
can leave this as it is.
Thank you for all the help getting the translation sorted out - I hope
to get a new denemo.pot sent to the translation project today, after
merging with the stable-1.1.0 branch (and adding those "destroy"
buttons).
