[Denemo-devel] Latest windows 1.0.8 binary

I have downloaded and run the 1.0.8 binary on windows vista and it has 
the same start up problem.
I suspect this is the denemo source code for finding the datadir etc 
which was tidied up recently without any checking for the impact on 
windows.
