[Denemo-devel] Draggable text Annotations

I have created a command to insert any piece of text in a score which
can then be dragged in the pdf view. This permits ultimate control over
placing bits of text (including symbols such as arrows etc) on a music
score, for those occasions when automatic placing doesn't suit.
I haven't written the additional controls for bold, italic, font-size,
color etc yet. The command is labelled Textual Annotation in the
Directives menu.
