[Denemo-devel] jack backend and jack midi is loading as defaults if compiled with jack

If denemo is compiled with jack support and the user has no .denemo-xx the 
default goes to jack audio and jack midi backend. It should probably be 
pulseaudio audio and portmidi midi backend. Should we do anything if jack is 
running and we launch denemo while portaudio/portmidi is in prefs?
