[Denemo-devel] Converting midi to notation

I have put in a convert button which creates a new score combining the
current score and any recording made onto it.
This was working until the recent changes to importmidi.c which is now
importing all notes as middle C.

Note: To record (fluid only)

Put some music on a staff by conventional means
Select a channel for the staff other than 0
Play it back (if you already played back with channel 0 set you may need
to edit and playback again to register the channel change - a bug, it
doesn't recreate midi if you change staff props?).

set MIDI Thru
Set Record On
Start play
play in on midi controller while the playback is in progress.
When playback is finished press Stop Recording

then hit Convert. I am not sure which channel is being recorded on, I
suspect channel 0, so it will interfere with the written music if you
don't choose a channel for that.
