Details:

Opposed to a Whole Measure Rest some composers or publishing companies use a
Whole Measure Note which is just the complete measure long. Normally this is
done by a note shaped like a whole.

Regardless of its look it counts like 3 in 3/4 and counts 6 in 6/4 and 3 in
3/8 and so on.

Task: Find out if its possible in Lilypond and implement the whole measure
note in Denemo.
