Details:
In a repeat section each measure only counts for one, in Lilypond.
Task: Find out if its possible in Lilypond to count measure numbers in repeat
sections multiple times and add this option to Denemo as Score Option.
Background info:
Sometimes, in orchestra material, where one instrument has a repeat section
and another has a part which is written out, you have to keep the measure
numbers in sync by counting every repeated measure twice (or the number of
repeats).
