[Denemo-devel] Building denemo from branch 0.8.14

Nils, are you able to gub denemo from a branch? If so we can label
0.8.14 and move on to 0.8.15

I have nice grace note display, with
 
      * grace note status a simple toggle on a note, 
      * up stems, 
      * smaller 

(only chordal grace notes are a little badly drawn). I would like to get
this work checked in.
