There are scripted commands which may use more specific LilyPond syntax
- in principle people should write these to check the LilyPond version
and switch syntax accordingly. There is one that is switching to the new
\tempo command if available, it was contributed by a user; however, in
that case it is not strictly needed, it just makes the output more
readable. But were a script to fail the user can just edit and save the
new syntax in the script.
Thanks for your response, Richard! Would you have a recent screen shot
you could pass on, please? Our preferred dimensions are 400W x ~300H,
and if you have one without the cursor . . .
