Details:

Just for the sake of completeness: This is a wish for a command that clear
the clipboard. 

This is usefull for scripts that work with the clipboard, critical if they
work with loops. In those cases you want to create an empty state to begin
with or just want to clean up completly after the script has finished.

(The Clipboard is not a safe place to store Data.)
