Details:

Add support for brevis (8/4) and longer notes as real, logical Denemo objects
(not just a plain ly-directive) that are recognized by Denemos
measure-structure and make them playback correctly. 

Make them blend into Denemos function structure. For example (d-Change1) is
whole note and (d-Change0.5) should be brevis.
