OK, I've fixed this. I have found that the problem with the guile
installation shipped with windows Denemo prevents most of the editing
scripts from working. I would also like to get jack working on windows -
the jack installation has the midiport.h file, so it may be possible.
But perhaps these things need not hold up the release.
