[Denemo-devel] Finished fixes to print.c

I have finished fixing print.c
Please test printing of pdfs, print preview and excerpt for your
combination of O/S and lilypond version. The declared lilypond version
can be manipulated via the score properties field, if needed. This needs
to be fixed at some stage (when we have a reliable way of getting the
lilypond version on all platforms...)
