[Denemo-devel] Standalone Denemo Directives

I have done the graphic side of the standalone Denemo Directives
(formerly LilyPond directives), and checked in two illustrations,
RepeatStart and RepeatEnd. (Previously there was the code for attached
Denemo Directives).
Both of these graphics were captured from the Print View within Denemo
(invisibly select in Print View, and right click->Save Graphic on the
menu item concerned), and the scripts (right click->Get Script) shows
how to position them and give them room between the notes.
