I should explain - at the moment this (Save Graphic) saves a bitmap with
filename the same as the command name, in the .denemo/actions/bitmaps
directory. This would be the usual case, that is command XYZ uses bitmap
XYZ to show itself.
 But there are also some general graphics (like this circle) which I
think it might be worth having for use by any command. The point being
they can be used by things like MIDI directives, so let the user know
what they have inserted. So I renamed this TextCircle or something like
that - a circle designed to hold one character of text.
