[Denemo-devel] Hiding menu items.

I have checked in the code for hiding menu items. The command management
window is used for hiding/showing menu items. (See Edit->Customize
Commands Shortcuts...->Manage Command Set).
The main purpose of this is to enable us to retire quirky/obscure
commands and introduce new ones without cluttering up the menu system
and without breaking old keybindings/scripts/users.
