[Denemo-devel] Insert Bass Drum note command

I've added a command to insert a Bass Drum note (following the
suggestions at
http://www.drumscore.com/scores.html

as given by Aad/Snare on the wishlist.
It is a (very simple) script that inserts an F and changes the notehead
to cross.

To get the command added to your copy of Denemo you do
Edit->Customize commands, shortcuts..->Manage Command Set->Load a
Standard Command Set
and navigate thru the menus to Percussion.
Then you would give it a shortcut and save the command set (perhaps as
your default command set), so as to be able to use it henceforth.

This assumes that the current git is installing all the stuff under
Denemo/actions/...
otherwise you will need to navigate thru the extracted source tarball.

This is very basic. The Treble clef will need hiding, and the inserted F
needs not to depend on the cursor position. (The up/down octave keys can
fix this for the moment).
