[Denemo-devel] Multiple score blocks

You can print out sets of parts, piano reduction, piano + part or what
have you - all from one Denemo file - using multiple scoreblocks set up
in the LilyPond window.
These multiple scoreblocks need to be set up by someone (slightly)
conversant with LilyPond, and, at the moment, they can only be turned
off and on by going into the LilyPond text window and making the set of
printouts required visible. A template to be used blind would have to be
set to print out everything every time.

It would be nice to make these available from the Print menu, so those
that would find the LilyPond text intimidating can use templates for
this sort of thing.
This could be implemented like the Recent Files menu is, (but both of
these might be better done by creating a popup menu in the callback of
the menu item concerned ?).
In any case, the scheme would be to create a set of menu items for each
element in the gui->custom_scoreblocks list with title taken from the
opening comment (as with the scoreblock buttons in the LilyPond text
window). The callback would be to make just that scoreblock visible and
call the standard print. The previous visibilities of the scoreblocks
would then need to be reset.

In this way a template that provided, say, piano with solo part in a
small size above plus solo part on separate pages could be used by
someone who just wanted to type in the notes & print out the various
formats available from the template.
