[Denemo-devel] Trying to build from git

I made up a Makefile.am for the examples directory (by cloning one from
elsewhere) and got ./autogen.sh to work. But ./configure needed
-disable-xmltest and the make compiled everything but he link step fails
with
gcc: libportaudio.a: No such file or directory
In the old build it has /usr/lib/libportaudio.so on the link line.
