[Denemo-devel] score properties dialog does not launch

abandon_editprops_custom_scoreblock always returns true so the score
properties dialog never launches. I notice a Dialog launches if you
select custom scoreblock on lilypond view. This is the custom lilypond
score block dialog. If this is the new intended behavior maybe a dialog
could pop up telling the user what is expected when a user hits score
properties immediately after launching denemo.
