[Denemo-devel] Guitar fingerings - step one.

You can now put guitar fingerings in Denemo, or indeed any other
LilyPond that has to go on the notes of a chord rather than the chord
itself.
This is just a first pass at the most basic functionality:
To use this, put the cursor on the note and call the Other->LilyPond
insert/edit function. In this you put -2 for finger 2 etc. If you put
the cursor somewhere not on a note of the chord then you get a directive
for the whole chord (inserted, as usual before the note, so it is really
a directive on the previous object, LilyPond being generally postfix).
At the moment there is no display of these directives (except in the
LilyPond text window of course).
