I was forgetting the most pressing reason to finish the automatic
re-sizing of the staff heights: some bar lines are miss-drawn when the
staff is moved. This is not a new bug, it shows in the release if you
add space above the staff, but it is now more conspicuous and so less
acceptable. Printing is not affected of course.
