Hello,
While browsing an article on Ars Technica[1] to make Firefox extensions,
I ran across following article that explains how to make a new protocol
handler in JavaScript:
Adding a New Protocol to Mozilla
http://www.nexgenmedia.net/docs/protocol/
It seems to be fairly easy, except for one point: how to launch an
external application.
If one hacker of this list wants to have a look at it... It would be
nice to have support of demexp URL in Firefox.
Yours,
d.
