You mean, how to grab the source?

Well, I would follow Arch tutorial:

Most notably, you should:

 1. create your archive and make it default:

 2. register my archive (you can even mirror it on your machine):

 3. get my first copy to work on:

        % tla get demexp--development--0.3 demexp-dev-work-copy

You'll find also some quick statup guides and a lot of useful info on
the Arch wiki:
