Dunno how to say "run every test that is a compile-time only check",
but a typical quickie thing to do is
make check RUNTESTFLAGS=compile.exp
That's a subset of them, there's enough there to give one
a good indication that things are working.
That's for gcc.
For glibc, dunno.
