DDD uses GDB for debugging. It isn't clear whether the problem you
are having is in DDD or GDB.

How are you compiling your program?

From a command line, can you run "gdb <program>"?
At the "(gdb)" prompt, enter "break main", then "run".
What happens?

What happens when you enter "next"?

I launch it from the icon with the bug and the lens. I just one to put a break
point but a window
opens an shows that error. I try to run the program and it goes but as it goes
down step by step
shows similar errors to the first one. I have an exam tomorrow and I need to
debug some exercises
and I ran out of ideas. Thanks for all

    Hola Héctor --

Tell us the command that you use to start DDD?
What did you do when you received the error message?

Hi! I have began programming c at the university and the asked me to
use the ddd debugger
        but i get
always the same error. i've been looking in forums but can seem to find
an answer.

I use ubuntu 15.02 and the error is:

        DDD: no source
/home/hector/0x8048448: No existe el archivo o el directorio.

Sorry for my English, I'm spanish
