Seeking a new maintainer

Although I can't take on maintenance of ddd I would like to see the
3.3.12-test-6 version get released into the trunk. This branch started
3 years ago.

By now, I don't think there is anything "experimental" here and I
can't say that anyone has found a significant problem. The latest test
version from over a month ago which corrects a minor problem that was
noticed in using the Python debugger.
