You could install Cygwin and run ddd from there.  This would be a big
chunk of software, but it costs you nothing.  You would go to
http://www.cygwin.com and download the installer program.  Then you
would install the base files (already will be selected).  Then you
would install the X server software, and finally the ddd package.
