I hope that ddd can be ported to the 64-bit environment without too much
trouble. Please let me know if I can be of assistance as a test site.

I've been using ddd on 64 bit platforms for 5+ years.  I agree that
there's a lot of software with 32 bit dependencies out there, but ddd has
worked very well on every 64 bit platform I've used it on for quite a long
time.

When you configure ddd, does it find the right sized types at configure
time?  Are the same arguments to your CC and CXX that are used at
configure time also used during the compile?
