Hi,

Good to know that gcc 3.4.0 works for you. It is odd that
gcc 3.3.3 fails with the "#pragma" bug as the gcc bug fix
is meant to be included in 3.3.3. Anyway, at this point, I
am happy to forget the issue.

I posted you a patch to hopefully fix the configure
problem.
