Attempting to overtype the registers displayed via Status->Registers is
not successful. The Edit menu does not appear to lead toward the target
registers. The list archive doesn't dwell on registers.
Does someone know how to modify the contents of a register, to allow the
code's behaviour to be more effectively observed? (Alternatively, might
there be a way to do it directly, with gdb, I wonder?)
