PannedGE.C:145 problem with GCC 3.0.2 and Solaris 7&8 |

I saw this bug reported on the list, and also the patch to try out.
I've installed this patch onto my ddd-3.3.1 and, sadly, it seems to
make no difference.
I'm running Solaris 5.7 and 5.8, with gcc 3.0.2 and other very
recent GNU tools (I'm building my latest bundle release).
I would be happy to try any recommendations to do my insignificant
part in debugging this problem.
c++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I/media/gnu/ddd-3.3.1+/ddd -I.
-I/media/gnu/ddd-3.3.1+/ddd/.. -isystem /usr/local/include -isystem
/usr/openwin/include -DNDEBUG -O2 -g -W -Wall -trigraphs -c
/media/gnu/ddd-3.3.1+/ddd/PannedGE.C
/media/gnu/ddd-3.3.1+/ddd/PannedGE.C:145: cannot convert `void (*)(...)' to
`void (*)()' in initialization
make[1]: *** [PannedGE.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/ddd.2/ddd'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
My gcc is vanilla, built --with-gnu-as and --with-gnu-ld.
Mario
ps So far, the build is happy running from read-only /media/gnu, which
is a big improvement over 3.2.1. Thanks!
