DDD under cygwin and Xfree

Hi,

I am trying to compile DDD for use in an NT environment through cygwin and
Xfree86 running KDE. I have got to the point where it
fails whilst compiling with the error below. DO you have any ideas what
this could be? I believe a few others are having the same problem.
