After unpacking DDD, I changed to the "ddd-3.3"
subdirectory and typed "bash ./configure".
This is is Cygwin with a "bash-2.02$" prompt. It
returned
loading cache
./config.cache
configure: error: can not
run libiberty/config.sub
and returned to the prompt. The subdirectory
libiberty does exist and so does config.sub within it.
