When doing 'make install' on my Debian box i'm getting the following
error (the configure script and compiling process goes fine):

Making install in readline
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/ivens/src/ddd-3.3.1/readline'
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `install'.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/ivens/src/ddd-3.3.1/readline'

/usr/bin/install: cannot create regular file
`/opt/ddd-3.3.1/lib/libiberty.an': No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [install_to_libdir] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/ivens/src/ddd-3.3.1/libiberty'
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1

Anyone knows why this is happening and how to fix it?
