Keeping in mind that I'm a newbie myself and that I have no idea of what
this actually does: the following eliminates that error message
while in the directory which containg the executable ddd
type in env LD_LIBRARY_PATH = "path name to libXm.so.2" ./ddd
What I have read indicates that this is some kind of work around, possibly
because I installed ddd or LessTiff in some unusual location.
Hope this helps Stan Forrester
P.S. Can anyone out there expound on exactly what this command does and
what I could have done differently such that it would not have been
required?
