RH v7 ships with version 5 of the ncurses library. To run old programs
which have been linked against the older v4, you must install the
ncurses4-5.0-2 rpm (from the main RPMS install area).
Better yet, just go to the RH 7 powertools area and install the version
of ddd which shipped with RH 7 - ddd-3.2.1-6
That's linked against the libraries you already have, and is a newer
shinier version anyway.
