hmm - I don't think so      
nobody should be prevented from beeing kicked by      
default...      
I think a hubmaster has to trust ops not to do such      
things.    
Anyway - the master has the right to delete     
someones privileges in such case

Currently, an op can kick a master. I don't think this
is an expected behavior, and should be fixed.
