I've not yet installed any applications. It's my intention to install clamav, but I'm still in the "configuration" of the dazuko modules part. When the module is loaded, there's no way to unload it (rmmod freeze) and shutdown hangs. There's only dazuko and 1 module needed by dazuko for the "cap" part loaded at the time. I've read all the FAQ's, the install documentations, the mailing list threads etc. All says to exclude /proc, and/or says to close the apps using dazuko first. But, I don't have any applications yet and dazuko makes my system freeze on the reboot/shutdown signal... I'm using Gentoo 2005.0 with 2.6.11-r6 kernel with the configuration for dazuko (security support and the "path" dazuko patch) Thanks, Martin Charbonneau John Ogness wrote: Martin P. It is written in the FAQ to exclude /proc from dazuko, but I can't find any references in doing it. Can you please indicate to me how to exclude /proc from dazuko?Which program are you using with Dazuko? The correct solution is to shutdown this program before shutting down your computer. If you want to exclude /proc, then you will have to configure your program to do this. The program handles all Dazuko configuration.
