If you want to use Dazuko and Capabilites, it is important that kernel
modules are loaded in this order:
1. commoncap
2. dazuko
3. capability
It is also important the SELinux is disabled. This can usually be done with
the boot parameter "selinux=0"

Could you post the output of:
uname -a
