I had an earlier version of Dazuko installed (2.0.1). It failed to work when I upgraded to Fedora Core 2 (the module was in the wrong place). I tried installing 2.0.3, but this failed too because the old version is still there and was detected when I ran "make". In any case, it refused to insert the module. How can I remove the old version, please?
Hi,How is the old module installed? You can manually remove the old module with:
# /sbin/rmmod dazukoHowever, this will only remove it from the currently running kernel. It will not uninstall it. Once you reboot, the old module will be loaded again. Probably the easiest thing to do is to replace the currently installed version with the latest version.
