We are proud to announce the release of CorePKG, version 1.3.1.

This release updates 1.3 with full POSIX support, only using tools
and arguments as defined by ISO/IEC/IEEE 9945:2009, and switches back
to using #!/bin/sh.

The BUILD script example has also been improved. Mainly, this means
allowing for non-root user builds, (though the corepkg assemblage
will have to be done manually: see the BUILD example for the correct
process). It also adds better permissions and ownership for the
package collection, when run as root.

CorePKG is a minimalist software package manager for Unix and
GNU/Linux systems, and is the package manager of sinuhe's GNU/Linux
Operating System (sGOS) by D. E. Evans.

CorePKG is distributed under the terms of the GNU General
Public License version 2+.
