[Corepkg-bug] CorePKG 1.3 released

We are proud to announce the release of CorePKG, version 1.3.

This is a bug-fix release, fixing outstanding bugs from the original
CorePKG that sipped with Core Distro.

CorePKG is a minimalist software package manager for Unix systems,
especially GNU/Linux systems, and is the package manager of
sinuhe's GNU/Linux Operating System (sGOS) by D. E. Evans.

CorePKG is distributed under the terms of the GNU General
Public License version 2+.

Getting the software
--------------------
