Summary: [inetlib] gnu.inet.smtp.SMTPConnection should handle multiline
replies consistently

Original Submission: RFC 2821 "4.2 SMTP Replies" [1] mentions that "multiline
replies are allowed for any command".

SMTPConnection should therefore be able to process a multiline reply for any
commands beside EHLO, EXPN, and HELP.
